POLICY SUMMARY:
Customers must contact us immediately, or within 3 days of receipt of the item in order for us to give the instructions for the return. Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise, or in the rare occasion that the wrong item was received. We do not accept returns if you bought the wrong item, so please be sure to buy what you want/need. Any non-authorized return shipments will be refused. Item must be received in original condition with all included accessories. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days of receipt for defective items.

We only accept Paypal payment at this time. You also can use a credit card through Paypal.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are processed within four business days of cleared payment, usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping generally takes 15-25 business days, since we can not guarantee shipping times of the POSTAL CARRIERS. Once we hand it over to the postal carrier, we have NO control. We will email you notification of shipment when your order ships. Tracking numbers situational depends on the item ordered.
